  • How do I place an order?

    Simply browse our collection, select your preferred items, choose the size and color, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions. 

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?

    We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within a short time after placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at store.sinisterseason@gmail.com. 

  • Will I receive an order confirmation?

    Yes, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We ship worldwide. Shipping prices and availibility may vary depending on your location. 

  • How long does shipping take?

    Delivery times depend on your location:

    Domestic: 2–5 business days
    Europe: 5–10 business days
    International: 7–15 business days 

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size and courier company.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

  • Do you offer exchanges?

    Yes, we offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. 

  • How do I return an item?

    Please contact us at store.sinisterseason@gmail.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the return process. 

  • What is your return policy?

    You can return items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
